Mr. Ravin is a 25-year enterprise software industry veteran who pioneered the third-party enterprise software support industry. In 2005, The Enterprise Software Observer named Mr. Ravin one of the 25 next-generation leaders of the enterprise software industry. In 2010, Mr. Ravin was featured in Deal Architect CEO Vinnie Mirchandani's new book, The New Polymath: Profiles in Compound-Technology Innovations , where he is credited with enacting a visionary, disruptive strategy for dramatically reducing the cost of information technology and ushering in a new era of customer choice.
In September 2005, Mr. Ravin launched Rimini Street, Inc. with a mission to redefine enterprise software support using innovative, next-generation support services delivered at more than a 50 percent savings in fees compared to a software vendor's annual support program. Rimini Street currently offers support services for Siebel, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and SAP products.
Prior to his success launching third-party maintenance and support programs, Mr. Ravin was an executive with PeopleSoft, Inc., where he served most recently as vice president of the customer sales division. Earlier in his PeopleSoft career, Mr. Ravin held several senior roles of increasing global responsibility, including corporate director of customer services and programs and corporate manager of upgrades and installations. Mr. Ravin's PeopleSoft responsibilities included worldwide release support policy; release retirement programs; account management; Y2K software update and readiness program management for thousands of licensees; and development and delivery of special support programs for customers with unique needs. To meet the needs of customers who wanted to run a mature software release for many additional years beyond the official supported life span of a release without mandatory upgrades, Mr. Ravin successfully designed and launched the enterprise software industry's first specialized extended support programs for Fortune 500, public sector and midmarket organizations.
Mr. Ravin also served as vice president of customer sales for Saba Software, Inc., worked in Russia on defense conversion programs, and worked in Washington, D.C. assisting the Clinton Administration with Congressional passage of the GATT global trade agreement in 1994.

Thomas Shay is a 20-year technology industry veteran who joined Rimini Street in 2005 to oversee the development of the company's innovative remote support tools and technology infrastructure as part of Rimini Street's mission to redefine enterprise software support.
Immediately prior to his work at Rimini Street, Mr. Shay retired from a career with Sun Microsystems that spanned over 15 years and included many positions of increasing global responsibility. Prior to his departure from Sun, Mr. Shay was directing all OEM sales engineering for Sun Microelectronics in Asia Pacific, and was managing multiple teams of engineers across Japan, China, Korea and Singapore. Earlier in his career, Mr. Shay established the Sun Microelectronics Sales office in Japan, and was one of the key engineers who designed the ground-breaking SuperSparc CPU.
Mr. Shay holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, and a Master's of Science in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.
Nancy Lyskawa is a proven veteran of the enterprise software industry with more than 20 years of customer services strategy, marketing, and global account management experience.
Ms. Lyskawa joined Rimini Street from Oracle Corporation, where she most recently served as vice president, support services marketing. In that role, she was responsible for marketing strategy and execution for Oracle Support Services globally.
Previously, as head of global services marketing for PeopleSoft, Ms. Lyskawa supported a $1.3 billion line of business, leading strategy and execution for PeopleSoft customer account management programs. Earlier in her career, she held enterprise software technical and team leadership positions at EDS.
Ms. Lyskawa is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of North Dakota and a Masters in Marketing from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University.
Mr. Maddock is a 22-year software support services and technology industry veteran.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Maddock served as executive vice president of worldwide inside sales and operations for ServiceSource, the industry leader in outsourced maintenance renewal and sales for technology companies. Mr. Maddock served as a member of the executive team where he had overall global leadership and P&L responsibilities for building and operating a 500-person sales organization that delivered more than $1 billion in service sales and a five-fold increase in revenue growth.
Prior to ServiceSource, Mr. Maddock was vice president of worldwide support service sales at PeopleSoft, Inc. (acquired by Oracle Corporation) with responsibility for the development, strategic direction and day-to-day leadership of a global sales organization. During Mr. Maddock's tenure at PeopleSoft, he oversaw worldwide growth in annual support services revenue for PeopleSoft and JD Edwards products from $250 million to more than $1.2 billion. Mr. Maddock's responsibilities also included worldwide systems and processes for support renewal management and participation in worldwide pricing model and release support policies.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Maddock held a management role with KPMG Consulting in their financial services strategy and operations division. Prior to KPMG, Mr. Maddock managed large software development and implementation projects at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
Mr. Maddock received a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance with Honors from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA.
Dave Rowe is a proven veteran of the enterprise software industry with more than 20 years of successful experience formulating, building and marketing technology solutions for both large international software firms and high-growth technology start-ups. Mr. Rowe has been a featured speaker at technology and marketing conferences, discussing current trends in enterprise software and technology marketing.
Before joining Rimini Street, Mr. Rowe was vice president of marketing and product management for Perfect Commerce, Inc., the leading provider of on-demand supplier relationship management solutions. During his tenure at Perfect Commerce, Mr. Rowe significantly grew the lead and prospect pipeline, improved product packaging and pricing models, established Perfect as the most credible solution in the industry, and implemented a product planning methodology linking company vision with product strategy and development processes.
Previously, Mr. Rowe held other senior management positions in the enterprise software industry, including several senior management roles with PeopleSoft, Inc. Most recently, Mr. Rowe was director of strategic marketing, responsible for the strategy and business development for PeopleSoft's eBusiness solutions division. Prior to his role with the eBusiness solutions division, Mr. Rowe was director of industry product marketing and strategy, and manager of supply chain product marketing and strategy.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Rowe spent several years with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he concluded his tenure serving as the senior manager directing custom system development, packaged system implementations, and business process re-engineering projects.
Mr. Rowe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
Brian Slepko is an enterprise software industry veteran with more than 18 years of global operations experience in sales, support delivery, project management and quality systems. Mr. Slepko leads Rimini Street's continued fast-paced growth and expansion in global operations.
Mr. Slepko came to Rimini Street from Oracle Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCL), which he joined as part of Oracle's acquisition of Agile Software. Mr. Slepko served as vice president, global maintenance revenue and sales operations for Agile Software and was responsible for developing Agile's $56 million global maintenance revenue business, including all operational aspects of the Agile Software global sales organization.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Slepko held various management positions with PeopleSoft, Inc. Most recently, he served as director of operations for the customer sales division responsible for more than $1 billion in global annual maintenance revenue. Other positions included director of product support and corporate director of problem resolution, where Mr. Slepko led the redesign and improvement of the global infrastructure used to resolve customer-reported product issues and implemented consistent, measurable quality processes.
Mr. Slepko also served as director, sales operations for Ocular Sciences and began his career as a manager with Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture (NYSE: ACN)) - where he was responsible for managing large information systems projects for Fortune 500 customers in Andersen's rapidly expanding telecommunications practice.
Mr. Slepko holds a Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
Pieter Van Der Vorst is a software industry veteran with more than 25 years of corporate finance, tax and operational experience.
Prior to joining Rimini Street, Mr. Van Der Vorst spent eighteen years in a variety of positions with Sybase Inc. Mr. Van Der Vorst most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of Sybase's EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) operations. Immediately prior to his operational role at Sybase, he served for seven years as the company's Chief Financial Officer.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Van Der Vorst served in several tax-related roles for Cetus Corporation, Spectra-Physics, Levi Strauss & Company, and Price Waterhouse (now known as Pricewaterhouse Coopers).
Mr. Van Der Vorst is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California, and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from San Francisco State University.
