Annual Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to enroll in or make changes to your benefits for the new plan year. The benefits you elect during Annual Enrollment are in effect for the remainder of the plan year which ends on December 31, 2025; unless you experience a qualified life status event.

What you need to know for 2025

  • No changes to our Benefits coverage except required mandates to the Medical HDHP w/HSA plan.
    • Individual annual deductible will increase from $3,200 to $3,300. Telemedicine Visits are no longer offered at $0.00 cost.
  • Increase to the medical premium. No increases to all other plans.
  • 401(k)-employer match eligibility will change from 1 year of service to 6 months.
  • FSA annual contribution will increase to $3,300 and the roll over amount to $660.
  • HSA annual contribution limits will increase to $4,300 Individual and $8,550 Family

Important Action Items During Annual Enrollment

  • No action is needed if you wish to rollover current elections.
  • Action is needed if you wish to participate in FSA and HSA.
  • You can add, change, or decline coverage for you and your dependents.
  • Attend one of the Open Enrollment webinars.
  • Assigning Beneficiaries will be a required step for the Basic, Voluntary Life and AD&D plans.
  • Emergency Contacts: Review and update this information by completing a TO DO task in your Workday inbox.
  • Commuter benefits will not be included in the open enrollment process. Changes can be made monthly. The monthly Pre-Tax contribution will increase to $325.
  • Deadline: November 15, 2024 (11:59 PM-PST).

Eligibility

You are eligible for benefits if you are a full-time employee working 30 hours per week. Eligible dependents include your legal spouse or qualified domestic partner, your children and domestic partner children up to age 26. Dependent children of any age if disabled; child must be disabled before reaching age 26.

How to Enroll

Go to your Workday Inbox to locate the “2025 Open Enrollment Event” task. You can access Workday through OKTA. To make changes to your 401(k) contributions, log into Fidelity at http://www.netbenefits.com.

In the spirit of encouraging a culture of shared responsibility and accountability, and to ensure we can focus our efforts to effectively implement the decisions made by employees who enrolled in a timely manner, there will be no extensions granted for negligent failures to enroll.

Waiving Medical coverage in 2025?

Submit the 2025 Medical Health Plan Waiver form and documentation by completing a TO DO task in your Workday inbox after submitting your enrollment.  A signed waiver must be submitted every year.
