Rimini Street took over our SAP Maintenance contracts for our on-premise SAP and Non-SAP (HP:ALM, LoadRunner) and understood what was required to complete. 

Their ticketing system is easy and fast (within 15 minutes). Depending on the priority, an issue is assigned immediately. If the issue persists for a few hours, they have global support until the issue is resolved. 

Each time I open a case with Rimini, I get to dialog with an actual person on the phone, via video call, or, at minimum, via email without having to jump through a bunch of precursor exercises, like when we got EBS R12 support from the OEM. Resolution of the issue has generally been within 1-3 days... 

Rimini Street Team established direction with our enterprise MS TEAMs, which helped a lot for instance communications and quick issue resolution. 

They understand all the business issues and are able to provide the required resolution. 

We dropped Oracle support for our PeopleSoft ERP applications. Rimini provides support for all related ERP issues (Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing). 

We have multiple technologies support from Rimini, one of them being ODI, where they have good resources. 

We have been using Rimini Street services since our contract with Oracle expired and we decided not to renew. Since then, Rimini Street has provided Tier 2 support as needed when we needed expertise beyond what we had in-house or needed ESUs or updates that we couldn't get through Oracle. 

Rimini Street is well structured in providing technical support for various tools. We rely mainly on SAP technical support. Rimini street always helps us in providing solutions on time without any delays. 

As far as taking over our 'SAP' support, ie. We no longer pay SAP for support and instead pay Rimini Street. , this has been a great decision! It saved our company 50% in costs for an older system we have no intent on ever upgrading due to economics. It was almost too good to believe. 

Rimini Street has provided exactly what we signed up for with regards to Oracle EBS 11i overlay support.

Rimini Street offers a good price for good support when you don't need to upgrade.
